Rooted in the land

Casa YUVI is an organic farm established in 1989. We cultivate olives, aronia berries, and botanicals, and continue to expand woodland and biodiversity across the estate. What we grow shapes what we make — and how we live here.

Farm

Seasonal field work, new plantings, soil care, bees and biodiversity. The land evolves slowly, year by year.

Craft

From what we grow, we ferment and distill. Spirits, kombucha, experimental batches, and small productions — made on site.

Stay

A restored mid-century farmhouse overlooking the fields. Simple rooms. Open skies. A quiet base in the countryside.

Seasonal Work

Life here follows the rhythm of the seasons — pruning in winter, harvest in late summer, fermentation through autumn, planting in spring. There is always something in progress.
