Casa YUVI is an organic farm established in 1989. We cultivate olives, aronia berries, and botanicals, and continue to expand woodland and biodiversity across the estate. What we grow shapes what we make — and how we live here.

Farm

Seasonal field work, new plantings, soil care, bees and biodiversity. The land evolves slowly, year by year.

Craft

From what we grow, we ferment and distill. Spirits, kombucha, experimental batches, and small productions — made on site.

Stay

Farm Life & Experience

Life at Casa YUVI follows the rhythm of the seasons. From pruning in winter to harvest in late summer, there is always something in progress. Guests are welcome to observe, participate, or simply slow down, enjoying shared meals, tastings, and evenings shaped by what the land offers.
